Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Digital Products — No Right of Withdrawal

Presets and other digital files purchased on fotografie-presets.nl are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Pursuant to Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal lapses when the download commences, provided you have expressly consented to delivery in advance and confirmed that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

During checkout we ask for your express consent via a mandatory checkbox. By ticking this box and completing payment you confirm that you understand and accept that the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions carry a 14-day cooling-off period from sign-up, provided you have not yet used any presets made available through the subscription. Once presets have been used, the right of withdrawal lapses for subscriptions as well.

Exception: Technical Issues

If a file is demonstrably delivered damaged or incomplete, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Contact us at mail@michielheijmans.com with a description of the issue and your order number.
