Detail panel
In the detail panel of Lightroom you handle sharpening and noise reduction. Here are the sliders for sharpening (amount, radius, detail, masking) and for luminance and colour noise. It's also where you launch AI Denoise.
Zoom to 100% before working here, otherwise you won't properly see the effect of sharpening and noise reduction. The masking slider under sharpening limits sharpening to the edges, so you don't sharpen the whole sky or skin along with it. Hold Alt (or Option) while dragging a slider to see a handy black-and-white preview of the effect. Tip: sharpen lightly in this panel and save heavier sharpening for export or for local masks.
