sRGB
sRGB is the standard color space for the web, social media and most screens. It holds a slightly smaller color range than Adobe RGB, but it's exactly what browsers and phones expect. For anything going online, export in sRGB.
Export a photo in a larger color space and upload it to Instagram or your website, and the colors often look dull or shifted to others. sRGB prevents that, because it's the common language of the internet. Set your export profile in Lightroom or Photoshop to sRGB by default for web work. Feel free to keep your edited file internally in a larger space; only your web export needs to be sRGB.
