Super Resolution
Super Resolution enlarges your photo's resolution in Lightroom with AI, up to roughly double the number of pixels in width and height. It computes extra detail rather than simply upscaling, so the image stays sharp. Lightroom turns it into a new DNG file alongside your original.
Handy if you want to print a crop bigger, or if your image is just short of pixels for a certain purpose. You find it via right-click or the menu under 'Enhance', together with Denoise. The result is best on photos that are already sharp and clean; noise and softness get enlarged too. Tip: use AI Denoise on a noisy photo first and only then Super Resolution, so the final image stays cleanest.
