Liquify
With Liquify you push, pull and distort pixels as if the image were soft clay. It is widely used for subtle retouching of body lines, clothing and facial features. The filter also has face recognition to adjust eyes, nose and mouth specifically.
Open Filter, Liquify and grab the forward warp tool to carefully correct a line, like a wrinkle in clothing. Work with a large, soft brush and small movements, that keeps it natural. The Face tab automatically detects features you can fine-tune with sliders. Tip: apply Liquify to a smart object, so you can always undo the distortion.
