Actions
An action records a series of editing steps that you can then replay with a single click. You record the operations once and Photoshop repeats them exactly the same on every photo. Ideal for recurring, identical tasks.
Open the actions panel, click record and perform the steps you want to automate, like converting to black and white, sharpening and exporting. Then play the action on other files or assign it to a key. Combine actions with batch processing to edit whole folders at once. Tip: keep actions small and logical, so you can combine them flexibly instead of one long recording.
