Generative Fill
Generative Fill uses AI to generate new image content inside a selection, based on a text prompt or the surroundings. You can add, replace or remove objects, and Photoshop invents matching pixels. It works on its own generative layer, so it is fully non-destructive.
Make a selection, type what you want to see in the context bar and click Generate, or leave the field empty to remove something. Photoshop delivers three variations, which you cycle through until one fits. The result lands on a separate layer with a mask, so you can always undo it. Tip: keep your selection a bit wider than the object itself, so the new content blends in more naturally.
