Lens Blur

Lens Blur adds realistic background blur in Lightroom after the fact, as if you'd shot with a wide aperture. The AI estimates the depth in your photo and blurs the background with natural-looking bokeh. So you give photos with lots of depth of field a soft background after all.

Handy when your subject blends a little too much into a busy background, for example a portrait shot with a kit lens. You choose the strength of the blur and the shape of the bokeh highlights. With the depth visualisation and the brush you fix where the AI gets it slightly wrong. Tip: keep it subtle, a light blur looks more believable than an extremely blurred background that gives the illusion away.
