Stacks

With stacks you group several photos in Lightroom Classic under one top image, like a little pile of prints. Handy for keeping bracketing series, panorama parts or near-identical shots together and out of sight. You expand and collapse the stack whenever you like.

Stacks keep your grid tidy when you've shot many variants of the same moment. You decide which photo sits on top, usually your best or the merged version. Lightroom can also stack automatically based on capture time. Tip: stack your HDR or panorama source files under the final result, so your grid stays clean while the originals stay at hand.
