Travel photography with a country-specific colour palette

Travel photos from different countries already look different in real life, before you even start editing: the light, the sky and the architecture simply differ per place. The Landen category plays into that with a preset per destination, instead of one general travel style.

Northern and restrained

Nederland – Polder & Lucht keeps the greyish, cloud-heavy sky intact instead of forcing it blue, and België – Vlaamse Meesters adds a painterly, restrained warmth that suits historic city centres.

Southern European and warm

Frankrijk – Provence emphasises soft, lavender-like warmth, while Spanje – Barcelona is brighter and sunnier, suited to harsher midday sun and bold architecture.

Urban and modern

Duitsland – Berlijn and UK – London are both built on an urban, slightly cooler tone, with subtly different accents: greyer and industrial for Berlin, damper and softer for London.

The right order: destination first, preset second

These presets work best applied after the trip, matched to where the photo was taken, not chosen upfront based on which one you find prettiest. A Barcelona preset on a grey Amsterdam day looks forced fast. See the full Landen pack for the complete range of destinations.
