Sea Salt: ten presets for the coast
By the sea the light changes every hour. Cool and clear over the tide line in the morning, warm gold over the sand in the afternoon, and sometimes a mist rolls in that takes all the colour away. That light is what we wanted to catch. So here is Sea Salt: ten presets for the coast, built around the mood of the beach, the dunes and the sea.
Ten looks for the coast
Every preset in Sea Salt stands for a moment by the coast. From bright daylight to a brooding sea, from warm sand to salty pastels. They keep skin natural and whites clean, so your photos stay fresh and never drift blue or yellow. You will find the whole pack on the Sea Salt pack page.
Two favourites
Tide Line is the preset for bright days by the water. A cool, fresh blue tone, deep sea and clean whites. Just right for those moments when the sky is a sharp blue and the sand still feels cool.
If you want warmth, Beach Afternoon is its counterpart. A soft golden glow, as if the sun hangs low over the beach at the end of the day. Warm, but with skin that holds and highlights that never burn out. And for the quiet moments there is Sea Mist Mono, with soft greys and a filmic grain, for when the sea fades into the haze.
A salty summer
Summer is the season for the coast. A holiday by the sea, a day on the beach, or just an evening walk along the water. Sea Salt is made to give those images their own mood, without reworking every photo from scratch. You set the look and keep your time for the next wave.
Who it is for
Sea Salt is for anyone who shoots by the sea. Beach and landscape photographers, but just as much for holiday snaps or a free afternoon. The presets work in Lightroom and Capture One, and you can dial the strength up or down so the look fits your photo.
